Beat licenses are sold through trabbeybeats.com and/or BeatStars, not directly through trabbey.com. Any beat license purchase is governed by the terms and privacy information of the respective external provider.

This website is hosted and delivered using Framer and related infrastructure. When you visit the website, technical data may be processed automatically, including IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type, device information, and server log data. This processing is necessary to provide the website, maintain security, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Playlist Submission Form

If you submit music through the playlist submission form, we may process the information you provide, including artist name, email address, Spotify track link, selected genres, custom genre information, and technical submission metadata. We use this data to receive, review, organize, and respond to submissions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for requested submission handling and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in managing playlist submissions and preventing spam or abuse.

Submission data may be processed through Framer form tools and, where configured, internal workflow tools such as Google Sheets or comparable systems used to organize submissions. Access is limited to people who need the information for submission review and administration.

6. Optional Tips and Stripe

If you choose to leave an optional tip or support payment, payment processing is handled by Stripe or the payment provider shown during checkout. Stripe may process payment data, billing data, device data, and transaction metadata as an independent controller or processor according to Stripe’s own legal and privacy information. Where possible, trabbey.com only passes a random support reference ID and the selected support type to connect a submitted form with the optional checkout flow, and does not intentionally pass artist name, email address, or Spotify track link to Stripe.

The legal basis for payment-related processing by us is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for carrying out the voluntary support transaction and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for fraud prevention, accounting, and payment reconciliation.

7. Cookies, Local Storage, and Consent

This website may use technically necessary cookies or similar technologies to provide the site, secure it, remember interface state, or support form functionality. Where information is stored on or read from your device and it is not strictly necessary for a service you requested, we use it only with your consent where required by Section 25 TDDDG and the GDPR.

The website may use local storage or similar browser storage for technical form flow and attribution parameters such as UTM data. Non-essential analytics, advertising, or marketing storage should only be activated after valid consent.
